I am reading the book The killing sea in class and I think that the book is amazing. Our teacher is Mrs. Ferrari and she likes to read aloud to the class, but as I read I found myself to be sucked into the book and not only did read ahead of the class I found myself on CH.29 while they were on CH.9.I THINK THIS BOOK IS AMAZING AND TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO READ IT, THEY SHOULD!!!If the book was turned into a movie I think the Movie would go sooo far into production they would have to make 10 different movies to cope with the growing demand.My thoughts of the book are that in my opinion the book is beter than ANY of the Harry Potter books. I adored this book so much and I am reading it again. Lewis has a way of describing things simply but in a way that everyone can understand and lets you share the characters emotions. I would recomend it to any person from the age of 11 and up.

The first time I read this book, I was eleven years old. I LOVED it! He truley is an amazing author. In “The Killing Sea” he really shows the reader the emotional pain that comes with surviving a tsunami. The story is easy to understand and has a wonderful moral to it. I have recommended it to many of my classmates, and even bought the book myself. Many children in America will never have to face a tsunami in their lifetime…hopefully by reading this book, many teenagers, (or adults), will better understand the tragedy’s that happen around the world.
