I think another thing is clear – obvious really – Amazon was viewed negatively already so it didn’t take much to grow ugly fast. #amazonfail

Have 2 say I find it hard 2 believe that Amazon intended to censor and offend a chunk of its customers and business partners. #amazonfail

Im not really up 2 speed but is clearly a PR disaster. I think I will reserve judgment until we know what really happened. #amazonfail
