Here are the current active contributors:

• Kevin Holtsberry is the founder and editor of Collected Miscellany.  After eight years in state government he is now working as a freelance writer and editor.  He has been blogging since November of 2001 and started CM in 2003 after getting burned out on politics. He enjoys reading everything from literary fiction and classic literature to espionage, mystery and neo-noir.  He also reads non-fiction ranging from current events, history and political philosophy to sports and popular culture.

• Jeff Grim has been a reader all of his life.  He has had a particular interest in military history, any war at any time.  His fascination with military history has brought him to an interest in historical fiction where the history comes alive with fictitious heroes and villains.  Recently, Jeff has become interested in historical mysteries set in various time periods.

• Moe Lane is both the father of a newborn son, and an unapologetic devotee of science fiction and fantasy.  He will be reviewing examples of the latter whenever the former graciously permits him the
  opportunity.  He's been interrupted twice in the writing of this very blurb, which may give you an idea of the conditions that he labors under.
